Meet Kaitlin Hogueison.

 

     As soon as I discovered my passion for photography, my camera has become a huge part of who i am. I grew up in the country surrounded by wildlife and the great outdoors which developed into a love for animals and led me to get a bachlors degree in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University. My love for animals and their environments has fueled me to dive deeper into my passion for photography. Most of my time is spent outdoors capturing the beauty in nature.

 

     Recently I have discovered that photographing people can be an adventure as well. Watching someone as they take their first dance as man and wife or looking at a couple so in love that it melts your heart, are some of the reasons why I have ventured into capturing people's happiest moments. I try to show the natural beauty in everyone and everything that I photograph.

 

     I am self taught and currently use a Canon 6D with a wide range of lenses for all types of encounters. Adobe Lightroom is my software of choice but I prefer not to do heavy editing and let the photos speak for themselves. I sell my art photography through Etsy.com. I am avaliable for weddings, engagement photos, portaits, and baby photos, which are purchased directly through me.
